Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 day & we provide 1 day shipping within UAE. Delivery is done on all days except on Friday or any public holiday. If there is any unforeseen problem with your order then we will inform you through email.

Customs, duties, and taxes
MacomaTech is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
MacomaTech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us so that this doesn’t happen again.
Returns Policy
- We accept return within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is unmodified
- For any product which is considered to have a manufacturing defect, we will either refund, repair, or return it depending on the case.
- If the product is modified then that item cannot be returned.
- For any problems encountered with the product, you can contact the technical team so that we can resolve your problem.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment
- Shipping will be made through the original mode of delivery.
